Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all purchases made on the website www.soverah.com (the “Site”) between Soverah and any individual or legal entity placing an order (“you”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

1. Changes to These Terms

Soverah reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. The version in effect on the date your order is confirmed will apply. Any significant updates may be announced on the Site .

2. Product Information

All essential details are described on each product page. Images, videos and other visuals are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. Size guides are for reference only; a tolerance of ± 2 cm may apply.

3. Pricing & Availability

All items are offered subject to availability. Prices are shown in the currency you select and include any applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed before you finalise your purchase. For production reasons we may modify certain product components, provided such changes do not affect the product’s essential qualities. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot change the delivery address.

4. Order Process

To place an order: (1) add products to your cart; (2) review your cart; (3) proceed to checkout; (4) enter your personal and shipping details; (5) apply any discount code; (6) choose a shipping method; (7) complete your payment; and (8) receive an order confirmation by email. The sales contract is formed when we send you that confirmation email.

5. Payment Methods

You can pay securely by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our PCI DSS and SSL‑certified payment gateway, or via any other method offered on the Site. Soverah does not have access to your banking details. If you notice unauthorized or fraudulent use of your payment method, contact your bank immediately. Abuse or unjustified chargebacks may result in fees or legal action.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees depend on your location, the weight of your order and the chosen carrier, and will be shown before payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of your address; Soverah is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking link. We ship internationally; delivery times and fees vary by destination.

7. Order Receipt

Upon delivery, inspect your parcel. If you notice visible damage, missing items or wrong products, note the issue with the carrier and contact us via live chat within 24 hours. If you do not notify us within this timeframe, the order will be deemed accepted as delivered.

8. Customs & Taxes (Non‑EU Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and other local charges may apply. These costs are your responsibility and cannot be reimbursed by Soverah.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These T&Cs are governed by applicable international commercial law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Soverah’s country of registration, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
