This policy explains how Soverah handles shipping, delivery times, fees and logistics for all orders placed on www.soverah.com.
1. Shipping Options
We offer two tracked services worldwide:

2. Worldwide Coverage
We ship to more than 200 destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Belgium. Some regions may occasionally be unavailable due to customs restrictions, logistical issues or events beyond our control.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates (calendar days) and do not include order processing (see Section 4). An estimated delivery date will appear on product pages and at checkout based on your country.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality control, secure packaging and handover to the carrier. During busy periods, processing may take longer.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, order weight and selected service. They are automatically displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email (and/or SMS, if selected). Tracking is also available via the “Track My Order” page on our website.
7. Taxes & Customs
All prices displayed include applicable taxes, duties and import fees where required by local regulations. You should not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery. Our fulfilment centres are located in Asia to optimise delivery times and costs.
8. Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived 15 business days after shipment, please:

Visit the “Returns & Refunds” page and select “Lost Package”.

Provide any required documentation (such as a signed statement and identification).
We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund. If the carrier confirms delivery to your address, we cannot issue a refund unless formal proof of non‑receipt is provided.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is defective:

Go to “Returns & Refunds” and select “Damaged/Defective Product”.

Upload clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Our support team will review your case within 48 business hours and arrange the appropriate resolution.
10. Inventory & Fulfilment
Our inventory is managed by certified logistics partners located in Asia. Soverah acts as a global distributor rather than holding stock in one location. This model allows us to optimise delivery times and offer a wider, more competitive product range worldwide.
