Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on www.soverah.com (“the Site”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the terms below. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time; the version in effect at the date of your order will apply .


 

1. Return Period

 


You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason.

Conditions for acceptance:

 

  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, with all labels attached.

  • The return request must be submitted via our online returns form, and you must provide your order number.

  • Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

2. Promotional Gifts

 


If your order included a free promotional item (e.g. “buy 2, get 1 free”), all items from that promotion must be returned together. If you keep the free item, no refund will be issued for the paid item.


 

3. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

 


You may cancel your order only before it has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us via live chat with your order number. If the order status is “Unshipped” or “Not prepared,” we will issue a full refund (including shipping fees). Once your order is marked “Processing” or “Shipped,” cancellation is no longer possible.


 

4. Missing or Undelivered Orders

 


If your order has not arrived, we will open an investigation with the carrier. To process a refund, we require:

 

  • A written confirmation of non-delivery from the carrier.

  • Valid identification and a signed declaration of non-receipt.

    If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to your address, we cannot issue a refund.

 


 

5. Late Returns

 


Returns received after 30 days from delivery may be refused, except where local laws grant you additional rights. Items must still be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by the order number.


 

6. Refund Methods

 


Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued within 14 days either:

 

  • to the original payment method, or

  • as store credit or a digital gift card, at our discretion.

 


We do not offer cash refunds. If the item is defective or you received the wrong item, Soverah will cover the return shipping cost and the refund or exchange will be free of charge.


 

7. When Returns May Be Refused

 


A return or refund may be denied if:

 

  • The item has been worn, washed or damaged.

  • The original packaging or labels are missing.

  • The return request is made after the 30‑day period (unless otherwise required by law).

  • A promotional gift included in the original order is not returned.

  • The order number is missing or cannot be verified.
